Hoogstraal, 23 May 1941 , at Cerro Tancitaro, Michoacan, Mexico . Potential diagnostic features . The uniquely configured ag coxal processes and the ultra-complex pgs with relatively sublinear branches. Habitat . According to the vial label, the holotype was encountered "under lava." Distribution . Known only from the type locality. Remarks . The species name was misspelled as " phlobius " by Hoffman (1999) and Bueno-Villegas et al . (2004) .
