This new species is distinguished from other members of the genus by the following: black legs, the others are usually light colored. T . nigripes sp. nov. is similar to Trigonidium cicindeloides Rambur, 1838 in ectoparamere (both of them bifurcate), but the upper branch of T. nigripes sp. nov. is longer and more curved; the lower branch is blunt and rounded.
