Type locality: “ Mundo Nuevo, entre Manrique y La Sierra, 396 m , Estado Cojedes , Venezuela .” Distribution: Region 2. Western and central sectors of the Cordillera de la Costa, 100– 1,200 m asl. Remarks: Hyalinobatrachium fleischmanni has been listed as occurring in Venezuela until recently, but is no longer considered part of the Venezuelan herpetofauna.
