Synonym of Neocordulia setifera (Hagen in Selys, 1871) . Cordulia setifera (Hagen in Selys, 1871) . See Neocordulia setifera (Hagen in Selys, 1871) in this appendix. Gomphomacromia batesi (Selys, 1871) . See Neocordulia batesi (Selys, 1871) . Gomphomacromia setifera (Hagen in Selys, 1871) . See Neocordulia setifera (Hagen in Selys, 1871) in this appendix. Lauromacromia dubitalis (Fraser, 1939). Gomphomacromia dubitalis Fraser, 1939. Publ. Recs. ECU: (Tsuda 1986, 1991), (H06). Also GUF, VEN: (H06), (P11). Garrison et al. (2006) indicates an eastern South America range for the genus; since there are no collection data or specific published records for Ecuador , it is not included on the list. Neocordulia longipollex Calvert, 1909 . Synonym of Neocordulia bates i (Selys, 1871). Listed by Paulson (1983) and Tsuda (1986). Garrison et al. (2006) considered it a subspecies of N. batesi (Selys, 1871) . Neocordulia setifera (Hagen in Selys, 1871) . Publ. Recs. ECU: Martin (1906, 1914), Paulson (1983), Tsuda (1986, 1991), Steinmann (1997b), (P11). Also BRA: (H06), (P11); plus ARG: (P11). May (1991) states that setifera is confined to southern Brazil and Paraguay and that there are no records or specimens from northern South America. Martin (1906, 1914) listed it from “Selys collection, Amazonas, Ecuador .” This was probably a mistake. Other published records simply echoed the Martin records. It is not included on this list.
