The species Ceropales pygmaea Kohl, 1880 was replaced from the subgenus Bifidoceropales Wolf, 1965 to nominotypical subgenus due to Bifidoceropales Wolf, 1965 is a junior subjective synonim of Ceropales Latreille, 1797 according to Waichert et al . 2022 .
