); (5) M3 distinctly sinuate, postcubitus (CuP) well developed, pigmented; (6) typical species with spatulate abdomen; (7) all parts of male terminalia conspicuously asymmetrical, cerci often pointed apically, medial process at posterior margin of genital capsule absent, gonostylus with inner lobe or even tip, aedeagal complex usually with extended and rounded basal part, gonocoxal apodeme very short.
Remarks:
The conspicuous asymmetry of all parts of the male terminalia repesents a distinct synapomorphy for all members of this groups. The scutum has a typical pattern (3 broad longitudinal vittae) which is similar to that of
tricolor
-group, only

is darkened only along the notopleura and the longitudinal vitae are quite absent in
P
.
bannapensis

. The abdomen is usually distinctly spatulate but rather spindle-shaped in
