Wisconsin
; also in

). The species is frequently taken at sap flows of large-toothed poplar (
Populus grandidentata
), and maple (
Acer
sp.) and is associated with oak wilt fungus mats (
Cease and Juzwik 2001
;
Price and Young 2006
).
