IUCN status: Least Concern Recorded at: Pulau Pinang : Pulau Pinang [ 23 ]; Melaka : Masjid Tanah [ 23 ]; Selangor : Ulu Gombak [ 54 ]. S . saccolaimus roosts in the eaves of buildings, hollowed trees and rock crevices [ 23 ] with colony size varying from a few to hundreds of individuals [ 14 ].
