Longicornus longus Xing & Li in Dmitriev et al. 2024: 275. Diagnosis . L. longus is very similar to L. flavipunctatus Li &Song but differs in the male genitalia characters. Male pygofer in L longus is more deeply excavated ( Fig. 56E ) than in L. flavipunctatus and the apical processes of the aedeagal shaft are directed more or less in the direction of aedeagal shaft ( Figs 56 KL) whereas in L. flavipunctatus they are curved ventrally and then directed basally. Material examined . MYANMAR : 1♂ , N.E. Burma , Kambaiti, 7000ft , 20.v.1934 , R. Malaiśe ( BMNH ) . Remarks . Fang & Xing (2018) illustrated the habitus and male genitalia of this species and also L. flavipunctatus .
