Remarks.
The
holotype
(RMNH) was examined by RAB. The species is transferred to
Beaverium
Hulcr & Cognato, 2009
because of the following characteristics: elytral declivity distinctly flattened and posterolaterally broadened; posterolateral declivital costa terminating at interstriae 5; pronotal disc punctate; pronotum anterior margin with continuously elevated carina; scutellum flat, flush with elytra; and mycangial tufts absent.
