World , 4 (Suppl.): 33, pl. 4: f. Syntypes 4 , China : Tse-ku [ Yunnan ] ( NHM ). Diagnosis. The species is very close to P. batangnensis sp. nov . , but is different in the following characters: the male pectinations are rudimentary (the longest ones are much shorter than the diameter of the shaft); the hind tarsus of the male is shorter than one-half length of the tibia, while in P. batangnensis sp. nov . , it is shorter, about twosevenths to three-sevenths length of the tibia; the outer margin of the ocellus of each wings is smooth, but in P. batangnensis sp. nov , it forms two small protrusions on the forewing and one protrusion on the hindwing; in the male genitalia, the anterior margin of the juxta is free from the sacculus, while it is fused to the sacculus in P. batangnensis sp. nov . , and the basal part of the valvula is narrower; the apical teeth of the aedeagus and the central process of the male eighth sternite are smaller.
