This species is characterized by the presence of the head and thorax without spots, the forewing with quadrate cell im and brown shadings on CuP, the gradates of fore- and hindwings in three divergent rows, the median arch of male gonarcus with deep V-shaped invagination, and the arcessus rounded at base but pointed at tip. Description. Male. Body length 11.7–12.4 mm , forewing length 16.1–18.7 mm , hindwing length 14.1–17.1 mm . Head without spots, vertex raised. Compound eyes prominent and black. Antennae yellow, scape and pedicel wider than flagellum. Frons, clypeus and gena not marked. Maxillary and labial palpi brownish yellow. Pronotum anterior margin shorter than posterior margin, mesonotum and metanotum without markings. Legs with dense setae. Pretarsal claws brown, with basal dilation. Forewing broad, with brown shadings on CuP. Pterostigma pale brown. Costal area with 22–30 crossveins; 15–19 radial crossveins present. m1 smaller than m2 ; im quadrate; 10–11 psm-psc crossveins present. c1 smaller than c2 , dcc opened. A1 forked, A2 and A3 simple. Gradates in three divergent rows, inner gradate series with 7–10 brown crossveins, sometimes disordered, middle gradates series with 1–10 crossveins, outer gradate series with 10–13 crossveins. Hindwing without markings. Costal area with 19–23 crossveins; 15–18 radial crossveins and 9–10 psm-psc crossveins present. Gradates in three divergent rows, inner gradate series with 8–10 crossveins, sometimes disordered; middle gradates series with 3–8 crossveins and sometimes disappeared; outer gradate series with 9–11 crossveins. Abdomen with dense setae. Tergum VII and sternum VII subquadrate in lateral view; tergum VIII slightly shorter than tergum VII; sternum VIII fused with sternum IX and with small tubercle near tip; tergum IX fused with ectoproct. Callus cerci ovoid. Gonarcus arcuate, median arch with deep V-shaped invagination, lateral arms narrow at base and wide at tip; entoprocessus widest at tip; arcessus rounded at base but pointed at tip. Female. Body length 11.6–14.7 mm , forewing length 17.7–22.5 mm , hindwing length 15.6–20.2 mm . Sternum VII longer than tergum VII; tergum VII subquadrate in lateral view; tergum VIII shorter than tergum VII; tergum IX fused with ectoproct. Callus cerci ovoid. Subgenitale bilobed apically; spermatheca thick, vela extremely short, ventral impression deep, duct long and coiled. Material.
