Redescription
. Head. Frons and vertex long yellowish hairy. Eyes EI 0.56. Antennae of half forewing length with 30-32 pecten. Wings. Covered with short yellowish scales with two dentations and mixed with long hair-like ones. Wingspan

. Forewings stretched, costal margin straight or slightly concave in the basal third. Glossy light yellowish grey, hindwings with the same color. FI 2.2. Forewing venation with 10 veins from dc, r3+r4 and m2+m3 long stalked.
Abdomen
only slightly protruding the anal margin of the hindwings.
Male genitalia
. GP 4035, 4036, 4037 (fig. 36). Long and slender in general appearance. Tegumen more or less pointed, broadly folded laterally. When closed, valvae protrude the distal end of the tegumen, shorter than in
O. schakuhensis
. Valvae slender, clasper of the sacculus sclerotized, covered with 5–7 short thorns, slightly longer than in
O. schakuhensis
. Cucullus very short, directed downwardly. Vinculum variable, very narrow or triangular, the lobes laterally hardly pronounced or distinctly present. Saccus is relatively long, but shorter than in
O. schakuhensis
. Phallus slightly bent, hammer-shaped, two-lobed distally with a ventral inversion.
