Adult habitus. Male

). General colour light brown to ochraceous. Pronotum lighter than head. Pleural area of thorax brownish. Tarsi and tibiae lighter. Wings similar in color as body, with darker veins and crossveins; lacking pterostigmatic crossveins. T10 extension divided into two medium teeth, each ending in a ventrally curved apex (

). Subgenital plate triangular (

). Paraprocts with a subterminal enlargement and a lateral spine, terminating in a rounded apex (
Fig. 3
).
Remarks.
The T10 extension of
T. sepeensis
resembles that of
T. tesselata
. However,
T. sepeensis
is distinguished by the complex male paraprocts. The paraprocts have a subterminal enlargement with prominent lateral projection as a spine (
Fig. 3
), a unique character.
Etymology.
The name makes reference to São Sepé county,
Rio Grande do Sul
State,
Brazil
, where the
holotype
was collected.
