Psammopora delittlei Pace 2003: 157 (as valid species); synonymized by Lee & Ahn, 2015: 766 . Redescription. Length 2.2–3.0 mm. Body reddish brown to black ( Fig. 2a ); head, pronotum and abdominal segments or tergites III–V reddish brown, antennae and legs yellow, elytra yellow except for basal darker region ( Fig. 2a ). Head . Eye slightly large, about 1.1 times as long as temple. Distance between a pair of pores subequal to distance between pore and lateral margin of head ( Fig. 3b ). Antennae longer than head and pronotum combined; antennomere 4 almost quadrate, 5–7 subquadrate, 8–9 transverse, 10 strongly transverse ( Fig. 3a ). Mouthparts . Labrum with α-sensillum longer than ε-sensillum. Maxillary palpomere 2 about 2.8 times as long as wide, 3 about 2.8 times as long as wide. Labium with palpomere 1 about 3.1 times as long as wide, 2 about 1.4 times as long as wide, 3 distinctly shorter than 1, about 3.5 times as long as wide. Thorax . Metanotal scutum with 1 long seta and about 2–3 short setae on each side of midline. Mesoventral process weakly pointed at apex, shorter than metaventral process ( Fig. 3c ); isthmus distinctly shorter than metaventral process ( Fig. 3c ). Elytron approximately 1.6 times as long as wide, flabellum composed of about 7 setose lobes. Legs . Length ratio of tarsomeres 36:34:42:109 (front tarsus); 40:44:46:32:92 (middle tarsus); 48:35:36:31:86 (hind tarsus). Secondary sexual characteristics . Male sternite VIII with about 7–8 macrosetae on each side of midline, posterior margin triangular, convex and long marginal setae present ( Fig. 3e ); female sternite VIII with 7–8 macrosetae on each side of midline, posterior margin rounded ( Fig. 3f ). Median lobe as in Figs. 3g and 3h . Spermatheca as in Fig. 3i . FIGURE 3.
