Antennae with 28–31 antennomeres; cupuliform organ with 12–14 complex olfactory chemoreceptors with finger-like expansions along their edges.
Habitat and distribution
A cave-adapted subspecies described from the deep zone of an isolated cave in the Romanian Carpathians near
Cluj
(Condé 1991), at the eastern of the range of the nominate subspecies.
