Diagnosis
. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres longer than wide. Scapus rather narrow, shorter ventrally than dorsally in lateral aspect, apically obtuse in dorsal aspect, depressed medially in lateral view. Hypoclypeal depression bordered by a transverse carina. Clypeus distinctly separated from face by a transverse groove. Face transversely corrugated or rugose with transverse striations posteriorly. Eyes glabrous. Frons with medial longitudinal groove. Vertex smooth or rugose. Mesoscutum smooth or transversely striate, setose. Notauli distinct, complete. Scutellar sulcus widely crenulated. Scutellum densely setose. Mesopleuron coarsely sculptured. Median area of metanotum with a complete mid-longitudinal carina, with a spine in lateral view. Propodeum with a complete medial longitudinal carina. Fore wing vein 1-SR + M very weakly curving posteriorly after arising from 1-M. Vein cu-a interstitial or slightly postfurcal. Claws with pointed basal lobe. First metasomal tergite with complete, lamelliform dorso-lateral carinae. Tergites 2–6 largely with coarse rugose sculpture. Second metasomal tergite without a mid-basal area, with a number of strong, longitudinal striae anteriorly or coarsely rugose. Second metasomal suture crenulate. Metasomal tergites 3–5 with a transverse, crenulate, subposterior groove. Posterior margin of sixth metasomal tergite straight or slightly emarginate medially, but with a pair of semicircular lateral emarginations resulting in pointed or blunt postero-lateral corners. Ovipositor without pre-apical dorsal nodus and ventral serrations.
