Diagnostic characters
: The strongly flask-shaped flagellomeres 3 and 4 combined with unbranched postcubitus, long costal extension, slightly curved Cu

Etymology
: The species is named in honor of Dr. M. Tokunaga, the author of

Abdomen. Tergite I without setae, T II–VIII each with about 8–10 setae. Sternite I and II bare, S III–VI each with about 4 setae, S VII with 6 setae, S VIII with 26 setae.
Genitalia. Gonocoxite IX with 2 strong and 2 weak setae, posterior elongation not observed. Tergite IX apparently undivided with a weak caudal concavity, with altogether 7 setae. Apodeme against gonocoxite 75 µm long. Seminal capsule dark, ovoid; 50 µm long, 39 µm wide, microtrichia not observed. Notum 55 µm long.
Pupa and larva
Unknown.
Remarks
The undivided tergite IX and relatively high leg and venarium ratios indicate that this female belongs near
P. capicola
. The genitalia is not in a condition to allow for drawing.
Distribution
The species is only known from the
type
locality in
Palau
.
