Diagnosis. 5.5 mm long (mean = 5.5 mm; n = 5); 2.45-2.48 x as long as wide ( Sittichaya et al. 2019 ). This species is distinguished by the large size; anterior margin of pronotum with a short continuously elevated recurved carina armed with 4-6 medium sized serrations; declivital interstriae 2 granulate; and rounded declivity. Similar species. Fortiborus spp. Distribution. Indonesia (Java), East & West Malaysia, Thailand. Host plants. Recorded only from Horsfieldia ( Myristicaceae ) ( Schedl 1939b ).
