DESCRIPTION Test rather strong with a maximum diameter of 46 mm . Apical system inflated; genital plate with numerous tubercles.Periproct large without distinct suranal plate; anus opening near the centre of the periproct. Pore-pairs arranged in a straight vertical series. Sutural pits and furrows deep, continuous over the oral side. Spines short, less than ¼ of the test diameter, with dark brown colour at base and light brown at the distal end ( Mortensen 1943 ; Schultz 2006 ).
