Tokophrya cyclopum
(Claparède & Lachmann, 1859)
Pyramid shaped body with capitate tentacles arranged in two fascicles in the apical region; the macronucleus is spherical and occupies the central part of the trophont; the stalk is about the same length as the body and the contractile vacuole are located centrally of the body.
