Remarks.
Leodice torresiensis
was first described based on six
syntypes
. However, two of these belong to another species and were assigned to
E. tribranchiata
in
Fauchald (1986)
, see Remarks above.
Leodice torresiensis
has been considered a synonym of
L. antennata
(e.g.,
Hartman 1959
). The relationship between the two species is discussed) in the Remarks in the
L. antennata
section.
