The species was found in stream Gaziler, B-20 canal and Lake Cildir . Note. Both native and introduced Cyprinus carpio inhabit Lake Cildir . The native common carp is very distinct due to its slenderer body and yellow general body color (Fig. 3b ). When compared to the introduced one, the native C. carpio is very popular and economically valuable among the local people in the area.
