), adult female. The wasp stung the spider in its cephalothorax several times and, then, temporarily transported it a short distance, grasping various legs with her mandibles. A lengthy backwards ground transport followed during which the wasp grasped a chelicera or pedipalp with her mandibles (

), adult or subadult female. The wasp dragged the paralyzed tube trapdoor spider backwards over dry leaf litter on the ground, upright, grasping its ventral pedical region with her mandibles (
