Diagnosis.
Female.
Scape compressed; mesoscutellum with anterior 2/3 reticulated, posterior 1/3 smooth and shiny; fore wing hyaline with an infuscate transverse band below MV; metasoma subequal to mesosoma, shorter than head plus mesosoma (ratio length of: metasoma: head: mesosoma about 3.2: 1: 3); gaster ovate.
