(1991) , Haring et al. (2011) . Ulrike is a conspicuous genus markedly differentiated from all other genera of the family by eidonomic characters as well as by those of the (particularly male) genitalia. It comprises two closely related species occurring in eastern parts of the Mediterranean region. In a molecular phylogenetic analysis ( Haring et al. 2011 ) Subilla has emerged as the sister taxon of Ulrike . Based on morphological evidence, Subilla is probably the sister taxon of Tauroraphidia , and both represent the sister of Ulrike . Biology. See Ulrike syriaca . Distribution.
