Remarks.
The specimen has smaller corallite dimensions compared to
Brachycoenia composita
. Since the
type
material of
Brachycoenia composita
is not available and a correct comparison is not possible, a new species cannot be established for this specimen.

Coniacian to Santonian of the Central Tethys (
Austria
).
