Material examined: 1 male , Afghanistan , Nuristan, Barikot, 1800 m , 12− 17.07.1963 , leg. Kasy & Vartian ( MNHW ). Dervishiya vartianae Yakovlev, 2011 ( Figs 44−45 , 113 ) Yakovlev, 2011 : 30. Type locality: Afgh[anistan]., Nimla, 40 km SW v. Dschelalabad. Type material: holotype (male) in MWM , examined. Distribution: Afghanistan ( Yakovlev 2011 ). Erroneously reported as Catopta pallidalae Hampson, 1892 ( Daniel 1965 ) . Сossus pallidalae Hampson, 1892 ( Fig. 46 ) was described on the single specimen from Sikkim and later moved to the genus Sansara Yakovlev, 2004 (subfamily Zeuzerinae ). Habitat and biology. Flight period: June. Material examined: 13 males ( holotype and 12 paratypes ), 4 females ( paratypes ) Afgh[anistan]., Nimla, 40 km SW v. Dschelalabad, 23.6.1965 , E. & A. Vartian leg.
