sp. nov.
A, habitus; B, head and anterior mesosoma, dorsal view; C, head and anterior mesosoma, lateral view; D, fore wing; E, metasoma and hind femur.
Length of body (corrected)
4.3 mm
, of fore wing
3.2 mm
and of antenna approximately 5.0 mm.
Antenna with 39 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 1.5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete, forming a very weak point mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron including precoxal sulcus largely foveate rugulose, speculum large. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina present on anterior 0.3 of propodeum only. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.85 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.9 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.9 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.5 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.5 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1
st
tergite weakly produced, slightly asymmetric, that on left very weakly concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3
rd
tergite not differentiated.
Etymology. In reference to the pale coloured poster of tergite 1 and whole of tergite 2 of the metasoma.
