Body length 4.0 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm . Antennae broken. Occipital carina broadly absent mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, precoxal sulcus strongly impressed and rugulose, speculum large. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.15 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose Fore wing vein 3-SR 2.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.1 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.1 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Apex of hind tibia with comb of especially modified and adpressed setae medially and ventrally. Claws with several long, setiform pecten teeth. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite moderately produced, distinctly concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite complete. Etymology. Named after the accident prone wizard in the Terry Pratchett Discworld novels.
