Marinarozelotes
is a genus of small to medium-sized (
2–12 mm
) Zelotinae spiders with 23 accepted species distributed in the Palaearctic (
WSC 2024
), most of which were previously classified under
Zelotes
and
Trachyzelotes
. Males of this genus differ from other Zelotinae by a large distally rounded base of the loop-like embolus and obliquely oriented or distally rounded terminal apophysis. Females are characterized by an M-shaped median epigynal ridge. Seven species occur in the Caucasus, including
