Holotype male seen; in good condition. Diagnosis. Arista plumose; postsutural dorsocentrals 4, the first two very short; mid femur with 2 posterior preapical setae; mid tibia with 1 posterior seta; lower katepisternal setae closer to posterior than to anterior one; lower calypter a little infuscated in male; male abdomen with syntergite 1+2 with yellow lateral areas. Notes. The species is known only from the holotype male and paratype female.
