Diagnosis.
Body color brown to dark brown; fore wing maculate, stigma globose, 2.4x longer than broad; propodeum with roughly pentagonal areola and distinct cross bridge; first metasomal tergite rugose with dorsal carinae converging but not meeting; tarsal claws simple, without basal lobe; sternaulus short; ovipositor straight, slightly longer than hind tibia.
