Etymology: The species is named after Chao-da Li, who collected the
type
specimen.
Diagnosis: This new species is similar to C. helverseni Metzner, 1999 (Metzner, 1999:166,figs.12a-c), but differs in: 1) the spermatheca oval,longer than width in the new species versus transverse bean-shaped, wider than long in the latter; 2) copulatory duct much shorter.
Description Female: TL 4.3, CL 2.00, CW1.60, AL2.30, AW 1.50.The body flat. AERW 1.40, PERW 1.40, EL1.00. Anterior four eyes separated with equidistance, the diameter of
AME
about twice that of ALE, anterior lateral eyes and posterior lateral eyes about the same size. PME located at the midpoint of PLE and ALE. Carapace dark brown, margin of carapace and ocular tubercle black, with white and brown hairs; fovea longitudinal; lateral and median of posterior area of ocular area with one longitudinal band covered by white hairs. Sternum grayish brown,oval, anteriorly flat, with brown hairs; marginal area darker. Clypeus brown, anterior area with long white hairs, CH about 1/4 diameter of
AME
. Chelicerae dark brown, Endites and labium brown, distal area lightly colored with scopula. Palps brown, with long brown hairs. Legs brown, with grayish dark annuli, clothed by dense strong spines, Ventral of tibiae I and II with 2 pairs of long spines. Legs I 3.30 (1.10,1.30,0.50,0.40); II 3.00 (1.00,1.10,0.50,0.40); III 3.20 (1.10,1.20,0.50,0.40); IV 3.40 (1.20,1.30, 0.50,0.40). Leg formula: 4,1,3,2. Abdominal dorsum grayish dark, each side with a longitudinal stripe covered with white hairs, median area with a Y-shaped white longitudinal stripe. The venter grayish yellow medially, with grayish dark incline striae laterally.
Distribution: China (Yunnan).
