. Several specimens, some photographed, in Bayur and Maninjau, Province of Sumatera Barat, and Tigapulan Mts., Province of Riau.
Taxonomic comments
. This species is widespread throughout Sumatra.

Biology
. One of the most frequently observed lizards at day time, this species has been found in gardens, cultivated areas and along forest edges both in August and November.
