Comments: This principally western species is known in Minnesota from one location north of the Twin Cities. Several bees were found nesting in deep sand and were active in the cool morning hours. Material examined: Anoka Co. : Bunker Hills Regional Park ( 45.2054 -93.2794 ): 2 ♀ ( CNBL ), 3 Sep 2015 , J. Gardner leg., net, Helianthus petiolaris . Determined by J. Gardner .
