by its basally denticulate (
vs
. ciliolate) median leaves, and ascending to spreading (
vs
. appressed) leaves on the main stems just beyond the first branches, so that near the axil of the first branch the stems and leaves are broader (
4–5 mm
vs
.
1–3 mm
wide).
