Habitat.
This species inhabits mesic tropical forest environments, foraging over streams, lakes, rivers, and marshes, and roosting in hollow trees and buildings (
Hood & Pitocchelli 1983
).The specimens were captured with mist nets in a sandy portion of the edge of the
