Remarks : Although the original description by Brèthes (1906) included drawings of male terminalia, the best illustrations of the male terminalia were provided by Blanchard (1942a) , Lopes (1978) and Pape (1994) . Lopes (1978) included illustrations of the female terminalia. Biology : Host.
