Syllis gracilis , 11 specimens ( MNCN 16.01/11412) PANAMA : Coiba island, Ensenada Maria, Chiriqui Gulf, 2 m . Remarks. The specimens agree well with the original description of the species. Habitat. Hard bottoms, particularly between algae, sponges and calcareous concretions. Intertidal to 300 m depth (San Martín, 2003). Distribution. Apparently cosmopolitan, but could be a complex of species.
