Diagnosis
. The forewing length is 5.0 mm in the male
holotype
. The species is currently known only from the
holotype
lacking the abdomen therefore its male genitalia structure remains unknown making its placement within the genus unclear. However,
S. paucipuncta
is externally reminiscent of
S. semliki
and therefore the species is provisionally assigned to the
S. mayombe
species-group.
Molecular data
. Currently unavailable for this species.
Distribution
. The species is currently known only from
Sierra Leone
(without exact locality data) (
Hampson 1918
).
