The copulatory organ of this female is very similar to that of
S. rufescens
comb. n.
, but differs in the orientation of the epigynal furrows (almost parallel and only slightly bent), in the shape of the glandular appendages (narrow and almost parallel, tip only slightly widened), and in having two short dorsal tibial spines on all legs. It is not described here as a new species, as intraspecific variation in this genus is not known. Conspecific males should help to characterise this form.
