Atherigona humeralis ( Wiedemann, 1830 ) , (synonomy reversed): Deeming 1979. Diagnosis: This species can be distinguished from others by its yellow frontal vitta, palpi and legs. The postpedicel is also mainly ferruginous. The hypopygial prominence is in the shape of two fused triangles. The trifoliate process has its median piece emarginated and strongly dilated apically.
