Remarks. This species is known from Chile , Peru , and Bolivia ( Gonzalez & Watling, 2001 ). The samples from northeastern Argentina constitute a new record in that country, and extend the distribution of this species ( Table 1 ). TABLE 1. This collection significantly enlarged our knowledge of the species diversity of Hyalella , increasing by 28.5% the species of this genus known from Argentina . So, it is necessary more studies of the argentinean crustacean fauna.
