Notes. This relatively large prairie-associated species is primarily known in Michigan from a relatively long series from a single location. Given these locations are in the north-central part of the Lower Peninsula, it seems likely that this species is far more widespread in the state. It has been recorded without specific locality data from both Illinois and Wisconsin ( Mitchell 1962 ; Wolf & Ascher 2009 ). Material examined.
