This Holarctic species is newly recorded in
Nova Scotia
and Atlantic
Canada
(
Fig. 5
). It is predominantly found in mixed forests, in moss and dead leaves. It is an excellent flyer and many have been collected in malaise and flight-intercept traps (
Baranowski 1993
).
