<paragraph pageId="0" pageNumber="163">Specimens are more abundant and populations appear more secure in the densely forested and higher elevation / higher latitude Tule River drainage. Specimens are less abundant and populations appear more fragmented in the lower elevation and more southerly Cedar Creek drainage. Recent large fires have occurred in both drainages.</paragraph>
