This species was described from
<normalizedToken originalValue="“Kamchay”">&quot;Kamchay&quot;</normalizedToken>
which probably refers to Kamchay Mear, Prey Veng Province in southeastern Cambodia. The distinguishing characters of this species include a small to medium discoidal shell, periostracum thickened with short fibrous hair covering the entire shell. The spire is flat to somewhat curved with an impressed suture. The last whorl descends approaching the aperture. The peristome is circular and oblique, with narrow and thin parietal callus. The aperture opens sub-ventrally, with an expanded and whitish lip.
