Prothorax trapezoidal, mostly translucent green in life (brown in exuviae), anterior lobe slightly darkened and devoid of setae, middle lobe darkened medially with a few spiniform setae on posterior margin, hind lobe large, with spiniform setae on posterior margin more numerous than on middle lobe. Pterothorax green in life except light brown medially and above legs; cluster of small spiniform setae dorsally on mesepisternum, another cluster laterally on mesepimeron above coxa, similar setae laterally also on metepimeron. Apex of hind wing sheath extending to posterior margin of S7. Legs very long and slender; pro- and mesothoracic femora with slight brown mark at ¾ L and at apex; metathoracic leg total L ≥

. Head rounded, dorsal anteriolateral margins not projecting beyond the bases of the compound eye peduncles. First antennae slightly longer than length of the second antennal proximal antennomere.

<paragraph id="175436C8FFE1FF880E2303A70354FC41" blockId="4.[264,1325,284,1870]" pageId="4" pageNumber="5">Second antennal proximal antennomere sub­cylindrical, 1.5 times as long as broad, bearing a large lateral, convex bulge with sparse transverse rows of aciculate spines, each spine tapering to a setaform tip. Lateral surface also with a small bulge distal to the large bulge, bearing similar rows of spines. Medial and anterior surfaces glabrous, and an anteromedial lobiform antennal appendage present. Antennal appendage directed anteroventrally, bearing dense transverse rows of spines.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="175436C8FFE1FF880E2302970463FB99" blockId="4.[264,1325,284,1870]" pageId="4" pageNumber="5">Second antennal distal antennomere 2.5 to 3.0 times as long as proximal antennomere, and approximately 10 times as long as its own basal width. Distal antennomere anteroposteriorly flattened, directed ventrally from head, fairly straight, curving slightly proximally. Medial margin bearing a medially directed spiniform projection and situated at approximately the middle of the length of the antennomere. Apex truncate.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="175436C8FFE1FF880E23056F0383FB01" blockId="4.[264,1325,284,1870]" pageId="4" pageNumber="5">Anterior thoracic segments smooth. Genitalia as for the genus (see description above). Abdominal segments each with ventral and dorsal posterior margins inflated and sinuate, and with lateral portions of posterior margins produced laterally.</paragraph>

Eleven pairs of thoracopods, each thoracopod with two praeepipodites. Genital thoracic segments inflated ventrally and margined ventroposteriorly by a transverse ridge. Genitalia with basal portions parallel, directed posteriorly, and separated by three to four times their width. Rigid basal portions of penes subcylindrical, each bearing a small medial spine, a truncate lateral tubercle and a ventromedial, subtriangular lamellar projection. These projections separated distally, lying parallel, with the medioventral edge margined to the apex with cirri; ventral surface bearing a row of short setae starting medioproximally, progressing posteriorly, and arcing to the medial margin at mid­length. Everted portions of penes directed laterally, widely separated, minute, subcylindrical with apex digitiform and apparently lacking an apical spine. Thoracopods similar in form to those of
