Segment IX in lateral view ventrally slightly concave distally; in caudal view wider dorsally than ventrally; with sharp caudally straight subtriangular protrusion in the dorsal half (best seen in dorsal and ventral views). Superior appendages in lateral view irregular, curved obtusely caudad in proximal quarter, proximally distinctly dilated, distally clavate, longest in anterioposterior axis: approximately 5 times longer than high; in dorsal view the proximal third concave medially; medial transverse section circular. Intermediate appendages in lateral view with long, rounded rough tip; in dorsal view tips separate, approximately parallel, proximally bulbous; in caudal view subtriangular.
